Using a single essence: Adults: Add 2 drops in water and sip at intervals throughout the day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Using multiple essences: Combine up to 7 essences to make your personal blend. Fill a clean 30 mL bottle ¾ full of spring water. Add 2 drops of each essence to the water. Take 4 drops of your blend a minimum of 4 times a day

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase.
• The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Our team will provide you with a return authorization and guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping: Customers are respo nsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests made after this period may not be accommodated.
