Adults: 1 capsule 1-2 times per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If you are on antibiotic(s), take at least 2-3 hours before or after. While taking antibiotics, use 2 capsules per day. Take for a minimum of 7 days.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests made after this period may not be accommodated.
