A 4:1 decoction of:
Rehmannia (Rehmannia glutinosa) (root)
Chinese Yam (Dioscorea oppositifolia L.) (root) ........ 250 mg

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) 15:1 root extract equivalent to 750 mg of ashwagandha ...... 50 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: 

Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (vegetable), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, and medium chain triglycerides).

In Herbal Medicine, Glycyrrhiza glabra is traditionally applied as an expectorant, addressing chest-related issues such as the accumulation of mucus, catarrhs, coughs, and bronchitis.
