Medicinal Ingredients (per capsule): Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) Root Std. Extract (standardized to contain 3% total rosavins and 1% salidroside) 100 mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients: 

Hypoallergenic plant cellulose, vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, water).

Rhodiola rosea, commonly known as rhodiola or the Siberian herb, has a longstanding traditional use spanning centuries for its reputed ability to mitigate both mental and physical stress. Recent findings from a double-blind crossover study suggest that Rhodiola may effectively alleviate fatigue in the presence of stressors while concurrently enhancing concentration and short-term memory. The herb exerts its cognitive benefits by promoting the activity of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine, contributing to improvements in cognitive function, memory retention, and attention span. Animal studies further indicate that Rhodiola extract may play a role in maintaining healthy adrenal catecholamine activity during periods of stress.
