Niacin CRT™ represents a distinctive advancement in controlled release technology (CRT) through its innovative wax matrix tablet design. By incorporating the latest in controlled release technology, this formulation ensures a continuous and controlled delivery of niacin over an extended period, spanning 6-8 hours, throughout the tablet's journey through the gastrointestinal tract. Unlike conventional sustained-release niacin formulations that may trigger hot flashes due to intermittent bursts of released niacin, Niacin CRT™ minimizes the likelihood of flushing. The controlled-release mechanism helps to mitigate the occurrence of uncomfortable side effects by maintaining a steady and more gradual release of niacin. This nuanced approach not only enhances the overall effectiveness of niacin supplementation but also prioritizes user comfort, providing a balanced and sustained release of this essential nutrient without the inconvenience of significant flushing episodes often associated with other niacin formulations.
