Magnesium Glycinate Chelate is recognized as one of the most easily absorbed magnesium forms. Providing 150 mg of elemental magnesium per capsule, this product aims to avoid the typical adverse gastrointestinal effects linked to magnesium supplementation. This is achieved through the formation of a stable chelate, where two glycine molecules securely attach to each magnesium ion via a patented process, ensuring efficient absorption and minimizing the likelihood of digestive discomfort.
